How training my Abs helped my back pain

Back pain is so common, especially lower back pain. It often comes from posture problems and weak core muscles. 


People spend hundreds going for physiotherapy when it's something they could work have worked on themselves. 


Suffering from back pain isn't nice and it can affect our lives day to day. It's never too late to work at it though.


When I made a commitment to training my abs and losing some weight, it made a massive difference to my body.
