Hi, I'm Maria. I've been teaching fitness for as long I can remember. I used to teach friends and family just for fun before I got my qualifications. I just love to help people feel amazing after a great training session!
Doing even short workouts and making a few changes to our diets can make a massive impact to how our body feels day to day and really help our mental health.
In March 2020 covid-19 hit and I decided to move all my workouts into the digital world. I am a certified fitness professional. I'd love to help you reach your goals and get fit from the comfort of your home.

Ab Training

This is all about your stomach. Making it flatter and more defined. It also is great for helping with back pain.

Stretching is very important to avoid injuries and keep up strong.

Don't worry if you don't have much equipment. You can still join in with any workout. For example, you can use bean cans for the dumbbell workouts!

Relaxation
& Meditation

This is really important after a hard workout. It is also so beneficial for our mental well being. You'll have a guided meditation after every Pilates flexibility session.
